Email aliases originally set up in your old email package will not be carried over automatically. There is different functionality for aliases between the two systems. Below, we will explain how to recreate your aliases, and the different types.
Redirect to 1 internal address
Redirect to multiple internal addresses
Redirect to external addresses
Redirect to one internal address
These are traditional aliases. Email aliases are a helpful way for individuals to receive mail sent to another address all in one place. For instance, aliases are useful for sales and support staff who want a memorable, public email address. You can also use an email alias to send emails from a different address or alias.
Follow our support article for instructions on setting up your Aliases.
