Were you just migrated to Internic Cloud Email and have a higher bill? Below are some tips on how to clean up your emails and make your account more manageable.
Reduce Mailbox Size
Disk quotas are the same across an entire package, so if for example you have 1 user with a very large mailbox the whole package will need to be larger. We suggest cleaning up your mailbox.
Back up your data
Once you delete email from our system it is gone forever. We suggest first following our articles on backing up your emails locally before cleaning up your inbox.

Archive Old Email
Often times our inbox gets a bit out of control and we find ourselves with thousands of emails from years and years ago. Follow this article to first archive old mail, then delete years you no longer need.
Clean Up Spam and Trash Folders
Have you've cleaned up your mailbox but it's still using a lot of space? We often forget about our Spam and Trash folders. Log into your mail at mail.internic.ca to quickly empty your spam and trash folders.
Check Disk Usage
After all this tidying up, check your disk usage in your Email Manager. It gets updated daily, so if you need a more up to date usage summary log into your mail at mail.internic.ca and take a look on the left.
Change Package
If your usage is now lowered in your Email Manager, you can can click on Options to the right of your package, then click Change Package to change to a more cost effective package that aligns with your usage.
Delete Unused Users
Take a look through your account for any users who maybe don't work at your organization anymore, or simply just email accounts you no longer need. You can remove them by clicking the settings button to the right of the user, then Delete Email.
