Email aliases are a helpful way for individuals to receive mail sent to another address all in one place. For instance, aliases are useful for sales and support staff who want a memorable, public email address. You can also use an email alias to send emails from a different address or alias.
Step 1
Log in to your Internic account, select “My Account” in the top right corner, then from the drop-down menu, click “Cloud Email Manager”.
Step 2
Click the gear icon to the right of the address you would like to create an alias for, then click "Settings".
Step 3
Click "Aliases".
Step 4
In the blank space, enter the address you would like to create an alias for, then click "Add".
In the example below, "support@example.ca" has been created as an alias for "hello@example.ca". All "support@example.ca" emails will now go to the "hello@example.ca" inbox, and in the webmail, they can even be replied to as "support@example.ca".
If you are experiencing issues or have any questions, please feel free to contact our support team at service@internic.ca live chat (8am - 10pm EST), or phone 1-866-642-1232 (9am - 5pm EST).
