If you currently have an active Google Workspace subscription directly with Google or through another partner, you can transfer management and billing to Internic.ca.
Transferring your subscription transitions your account management to Internic without service interruption: your emails, files in Google Drive, calendar events, user accounts, and admin settings remain completely untouched.
Prerequisites Before You Begin
- Super Admin Access: You must sign in using an account with full Super Administrator privileges in your Google Workspace organization. Standard user or delegated admin accounts cannot generate transfer tokens.
- Account Good Standing: Ensure your Google Workspace account is active and not currently suspended.
- Internic Public Identifier: Reach out to our Support team via chat or ticket to confirm your user license count and receive Internic's Reseller Public Identifier.

Important Considerations
- Token Expiration: Transfer authorization tokens are time-sensitive. Depending on your current contract and Google subscription tier, tokens typically expire within 14 to 30 days. We recommend sharing the token with our support team promptly after creation.
- Zero Downtime: This process only transfers billing and licensing oversight. Mail routing (MX records), DNS configurations, and active user sessions will not experience downtime.
- Annual / Commitment Plans: If your existing subscription is on an Annual or Multi-Year Commitment directly with Google or another reseller, check your contract terms regarding remaining commitments prior to initiating a transfer.
