If your Google Workspace email is suspended or not working, there are several possible reasons:

• Billing: Your Google Workspace service may be suspended if there is an outstanding payment on your account.
• Google Workspace terms: If your Google Workspace service was recently set up, you may need to accept Google's terms and conditions.
• Domain verification: When setting up Google Workspace, you must verify ownership of your domain. Google will provide a TXT verification record that needs to be added to your domain's DNS.
• MX records: Your domain must have the required Google Workspace MX records configured in your DNS for email delivery.
• DNS configuration: Missing or incorrect DNS records can prevent your Google Workspace email from working correctly.
• DNS propagation: If you've recently created your Google Workspace account or added or changed DNS records, allow time for the DNS changes to propagate.
