Overview

Our Quick Renew feature allows domain owners to renew their domain registrations fast without logging into their main account dashboard. However, Quick Renew has strict domain status requirements to ensure security and proper registry billing sync.

The Quick Renew function only works for domains that are currently active. If your domain has already expired or has entered Redemption Grace Period (RGP) status, Quick Renew will not work, and you must use standard account tools or support assistance to restore your domain.

Self-Service Steps for Active vs. Expired Domains

Scenario 1: Domain is Currently Active

If your domain is active and nearing its expiration date:

1. Navigate directly to the Quick Renew tool page.
    

2. Enter your domain name and payment details to extend your registration instantly without logging into your full account portal.

Scenario 2: Domain Has Expired or Entered RGP

If your domain has already passed its expiration date, Quick Renew will fail or return an error:

1. For Expired Domains: Open a browser, log directly into your primary Account Dashboard, navigate to Domain Management, and complete the renewal checkout from within your account.
    

2. For Domains in RGP: Log into your account to check the domain status, then proceed to contact Live Support immediately as it requires manual processing
