Creating an email address with your Internic Cloud Hosting package is quick and easy. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up your custom email account from your new package and from an existing one so you can start sending and receiving messages using your own domain.
Set-up Cloud Email
Step 1.
Log in to your Internic account, select "Mail" in the top menu, and then "Internic Cloud Email".
Step 2.
Here it will present the 3 different packages we offer, Basic, Productivity, and Security +, please select the one you would like to move forward with by clicking "Start Free Trial".
Step 3.
After choosing your desired package, you’ll be taken to a new page. Scroll down to the bottom, and you’ll see an arrow on the right-hand side of "Choose your domain". Select this arrow to open the list of your domains, then select the domain you want to connect your email to. Once you’ve made your selection, click “Select Domain.”
Step 4.
Next, fill in the required fields with your account name and password. Once you’ve entered this information, click “Add Email” to create your account.
All Cloud Email packages include a 30-day free trial. After the trial period ends, regular per-user billing will apply.
Step 5.
To access your email addresses and settings, please click “My Account” in the top right corner, then from the drop-down menu, click “Cloud Email Manager".

Add additional email addresses
Step 1.
Log in to your Internic account and click “My Account” in the top right corner, then from the drop-down menu, click “Cloud Email Manager".
Step 2.
Here you will see your email packages by domain. Please scroll to the correct package, and at the end of your email addresses you will see two blank fields that shows "ex.John, info" and "Enter password". You are then able to add your new email address information and once filled out you can click "Add" to the right hand side.
