If you need to upgrade, downgrade, or switch your cloud email package, please read the following steps:
Step 1.
Log in to your Internic account, select “My Account” in the top right corner, then from the drop-down menu, click “Cloud Email Manager".
Step 2.
On the right-hand side of your package, click on the "Options" button. There will be a drop-down menu where you can click "Change Package".
Step 3.
Next, you will have to choose which package you want to change to. Simply click on the package you would like.
Step 4.
After scrolling to the bottom, you can then select the button "Change Package," and on your next billing date, you will be charged the new amount.
