If you’re experiencing issues with your email, please go through the following troubleshooting steps. These steps will help identify common problems and ensure your email is set up correctly!
1. Check if your email is hosted with Internic.ca
Your email must be hosted with Internic.ca for us to assist you. To confirm:
Log in to your Internic.ca account.
Navigate to My Subscriptions and check if you have an email package with us.
If your email is hosted elsewhere, you’ll need to contact your email provider for assistance.
2. Verify that your domain and email package are active
Go to My Subscriptions and check the status of your domain and email package.
If either is expired, you will need to renew them to restore functionality.
If your domain is expired, your email may not work properly until it is recovered.
3. Check that your DNS is resolving correctly
Your domain's DNS settings must be correctly configured for email to function.
You are able to use external tools like DNS Checker or MXToolbox to verify that your domain's MX records are pointing to Internic.ca.
If your DNS settings are incorrect, update them in your Advanced DNS Settings. If the Nameserver Information uses Third Party Hosting, please contact your DNS provider.

4. Ensure your password is correct
If you're unable to log in, double-check that you’re using the correct email and password.
Cloud Email Webmail: mail.internic.ca
Plesk Login Webmail: webmail.yourdomainhere.ca, For example webmail.interniclovesanimals.caTry resetting your email password

5. Ensure your server settings are correct
