If your transfer to Internic fails because of an invalid authorization code, or if your current registrar has sent you a new code for your domain, please follow these steps:
Step 1.
Log in to your Internic account, then select "Products" in the top-left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see "Transfer”. Please select this.
Step 2.
There will be a section for Pending Transfers and to the right-hand side there will be a "Review Transfers" button, select this.
Step 3.
Step 4.
To the right of the domain you would like to update, select the field with the authorization code is inputted, and you will be able to edit this.
Step 5.
Once you have added the new code, you will be able to save the changes by clicking "Update Auth Codes".
