Email aliases are a helpful way for individuals to receive mail sent to another address all in one place. For instance, aliases are useful for sales and support staff who want a memorable, public email address. You can also use an email alias to send emails from a different address or alias.
From inside your Internic account, visit the Cloud Email Manager.
Click the gear icon to the right of the address you would like to create an alias for, then click Settings.
In the blank space, enter the address you would like to create an alias for, then click Add.
In the example below, "firstname.lastname@example.org" has been created as an alias for "email@example.com". All "firstname.lastname@example.org" email will now go to the "email@example.com" inbox, and in the webmail they can even be replied to as "firstname.lastname@example.org".
