Have you just completed a migration to your new Internic Cloud Email package and some folders are not showing up, or your inbox is appearing empty? It's possible a setting from your previous setup needs to be adjusted.
First, lets double check that there is in fact email on the server by logging into your Webmail at mail.internic.ca.
Once you have confirmed there is email waiting for you on the server, proceed to the solution to fix your problem.
Solution:
Outlook
Step 1
In Outlook, click File.
Step 2
Click the Account Settings drop-down, then click Account Settings.
Step 3
Double click the account you would like to edit.
Step 4
Click More Settings.
Step 5
Under the Advanced tab, find the Root folder path section, and if the field says "inbox" please remove it so the field is completely empty.
Step 6
Click OK.
You should now see mail populating your inbox.
Mac Mail
Step 1
In Mac Mail click the Mail menu, then Preferences.
Step 2
Click Accounts
Step 3
Click the Server Settings tab
Step 4
Click Advanced IMAP Settings
Step 5
In the IMAP Path Prefix field, if the field says "inbox" please remove it so the field is completely empty.
Step 6
Click OK, then Save.
You should now see mail populating your inbox.
