Overview
While our technical support team manages server infrastructure and hosting hardware, we do not directly offer custom website development, design, or content editing services.
However, if your website is built on WordPress, you can easily manage, edit, and create pages yourself directly through your WordPress dashboard.
Step-by-Step: How to Edit Your WordPress Pages
Follow these steps to access your site editor and update your content:
1. Access Your WordPress Dashboard
Log in to your main hosting account and open your Plesk Control Panel.
In the top-left navigation panel, click on Websites & Domains.
Select your domain name from the list.
Click the Log In button under the WordPress section to automatically enter your WordPress dashboard without needing a separate password.
2. Edit Existing Pages
Inside your WordPress admin dashboard, locate the left-hand menu and click on Pages > All Pages.
Hover your mouse over the specific page you want to update (e.g., Home, About Us, Contact).
Click the Edit option that appears beneath the page title.
Make your desired text or visual changes inside the block editor.
Click Update (or Publish) in the top-right corner to make your changes live.
3. Build New Pages & Use Drag-and-Drop Builders
Add a New Page: In the left menu, go to Pages > Add New Page to build a blank page from scratch.
-
Use a Drag-and-Drop Page Builder: If you want an easier visual editing experience:
Go to Plugins > Add New Plugin in the left menu.
Search for a visual page builder such as Elementor.
Click Install Now, and once installation completes, click Activate.
You can now design and edit your pages using simple drag-and-drop elements.
Need Extra Help?
Because custom web design and layout troubleshooting fall outside our standard technical support scope, we recommend the following options if you need advanced web editing help:
WordPress Tutorials & Documentation: Consult the official WordPress.org Support Guides or Elementor documentation for detailed design tutorials.
Hiring a Developer: For complex layout re-designs, custom coding, or script fixes, you may want to consult a freelance developer or agency specialist.
Live Agent Assistance: If you are unable to access your WordPress dashboard via Plesk or encounter a site-wide server error, please reach out to our support team to connect with a Live Agent.
