If you currently have our Classic Hosting (Pathfinder, Globetrotter) and Professional Email, please follow the steps below to change your email package.
| Note: We no longer offer Classic Hosting packages and will soon stop supporting. If you’re still using one of the older plans, we recommend migrating to our Cloud Email or Plesk Hosting for better performance, security, and support. |
Step 1.
Access the control panel by going to https://hosting.internic.ca
OR
Log in to your Internic account, then select "Products" in the top-left corner. In the top toolbar, you will see “Hosting”. Please select this.
Step 2.
To the right of your hosting package, select "Control Panel". This will open up your hosting page.
Step 3.
After logging in, click on Email" and then "Show accounts". Once you have found the address you would like to update, select "options" on the right-hand side.
Step 4.
Here you can change your password by typing in the New Password and then again in Confirm New Password. Once you are finished filling out the fields, click "Save".
