Step 1.

Please go into the Domain Manager and click on your domain to open the domain editing page.

Step 2.

Scroll down and click Manage Advanced DNS Records. (If this button is not available please go to Nameserver Information and from the dropdown menu choose Park. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes. Then click on the domain name again to open the domain editing page, but this time scroll down and click Manage Advanced DNS Records.)

Step 3.

In the A-Record section click Add New A Record, under Host put "@" and under Points To put "23.227.38.32". Then click the green + to save the record.

Step 4.

If there are any A Records which start with "www" in the Host field, remove them. 

Step 5.

Scroll down to Canonical Name Records and click Add New CNAME Record. Under Alias put in "www" and under Points To put "shops.myshopify.com" and click the green + to save the record.

If your domain was already parked with us, these records should take about 1 hour to propagate. If your domain was previously pointed to 3rd party nameservers, updates can take up to 24-48 hours to propagate worldwide, however it's typically much closer to 6-12 hours.

Please note: Sometimes other DNS records can conflict with the new ones you entered. Please feel free to contact our support team to determine if there are conflicting records which should be removed.
