If the Advanced DNS Manager is unavailable or greyed out, your DNS may be managed through your Internic hosting package (Plesk) or by a third-party DNS provider instead of Internic Advanced DNS.
Step 1
Check whether you have an active Internic hosting package.
- Log in to your Internic account.
- Click Products.
- From the top menu, select Hosting.
If you see an active hosting package associated with your domain, your DNS may be managed through your Plesk Control Panel instead of the Advanced DNS Manager. You can manage your DNS records from the DNS Settings section in Plesk.
Step 2
If you do not have an Internic hosting package and your domain is not parked with Internic, your DNS is likely managed by a third-party DNS provider.
To add or update DNS records such as A, CNAME, MX, or TXT records, you'll need to log in to your DNS provider's control panel or contact them for assistance.
