Your DNS records are managed in different locations depending on where your DNS is hosted.
Internic DNS
If your domain uses Internic DNS:
- Log in to your Internic account.
- Select Products.
- Select Domains.
- Beside the domain you want to manage, select Manage.
- Select the DNS tab.
- Select Advanced DNS.
Your DNS records will be displayed here. You can view record types such as A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, SRV, CAA, and NS.
Plesk DNS
If your DNS is managed through Plesk:
- Log in to your Internic account.
- Select Products.
- Select Hosting.
- Beside your hosting package, select Control Panel.
- Select Hosting & DNS.
- Select DNS.
Your DNS records will be displayed here. You can view record types such as A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, SRV, CAA, and NS.
Third-Party DNS
If your domain uses third-party nameservers, your DNS records are managed by your DNS provider instead of Internic.
Log in to your DNS provider's control panel to view your DNS records. If you need assistance locating or managing your DNS records, please contact your DNS provider for support.
