Note: The steps outlined in this article apply across all devices, including mobile phones, laptops, desktops, and tablets.
Overview
If you are logged into your account but cannot find your hosting package listed—or if the control panel button is missing/inaccessible—follow the steps below to verify your active products and troubleshoot your browser access.
Step 1: Verify Active Hosting and Location
First, ensure you are navigating to the correct section of your account dashboard where active hosting packages are managed.
Log in to your account dashboard on your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
Select Products in the top-left menu.
Click on Hosting from the toolbar.
Step 2: Clear Local Browser Cache / Try Incognito Mode
If you know you have an active hosting subscription, but the package is not showing under the Hosting section (or the control panel button fails to open), local browser caching or saved session data is often blocking the display.
Action: Open a new Incognito or Private Browsing window (or try using a completely different web browser) and repeat Step 1.
Why this works: Old browser cache or cookie data can temporarily hide newly provisioned services or prevent interactive buttons from rendering properly.
Step 3: Transfer to Live Support
If you have verified your account, tried accessing the dashboard via an Incognito window, and still cannot see your hosting package or access the control panel, your account may require manual review by our technical team.
Action: Reach out to our Live Support team.
What to tell the specialist: Let the agent know that you have confirmed your package, attempted access in an Incognito window, and still cannot see or access your hosting control panel.
