Once you reach out to our team, what happens?
You’ll get a welcome email that covers what to expect. Our team will direct you to our hosting plans and request access to your current website and email. We’ll provide you a secure way to pass that information to us so that your information is always protected.
Once you’re ready to go and we’ve gathered the information we need to get started, we’ll add a hosting package to your account and import your data. Your site will still point at your old host, and will not go down or be interrupted. You will be consulted before any change is made to where your domain is pointed. You may receive some automated emails generated as we add services to your account. We will provide you with all of the information you’ll need before your migration is complete.
We’ll configure and test your website on our hosting package to ensure it’s working correctly before it goes live.
Once we’re satisfied that the site and email are ready we’ll coordinate with you a time to change the nameservers, after which your domain will point to your Internic hosting package.
After the nameserver changes are complete you may have new email passwords, and may have to add your email accounts to your computers, phones or devices. Our customer service team is here 24/7/365 to help you get set up.
