For security reasons, we are only able to provide the login information by email to an address currently listed in our records for the account owner. To change your primary email address on file follow the steps below.
I no longer have access to my primary email listed on my account. I need to change this email address:
If you no longer have access to your email address, or if an invalid email address was provided when creating your account you must now complete our Change of Contact email address form.
Please complete the form and either fax to our Customer Service Department at +1.613.820.4374 or scan and email to email@example.com.
Please be sure to include that you require your account login information be sent to the new email address provided. Please ensure that you complete all the necessary steps listed on the change of email address form and we will process your request within 2 business days.
I have access to my account and can log in to change my email address:
Login to your account and click Account Settings.
Click on Edit Primary Address.
Make required updates to the primary and/or alternate email address on file and confirm information.
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
