The overview of your current usage for your hosting service is updated every 24 hours and visible to you in your Hosting Manager. To view your current disk space and bandwidth usage for the month please follow these steps:
Step 1.
Login to your Internic account and click Hosting Manager.
Step 2.
Click the green button that reads Control Panel. This will open the Hosting OS in a new tab. Under Account Overview you will see Emails, Disk Space and Data Transfer followed by your usage for the current term
We have designed our hosting packages to provide you with sufficient bandwidth and disk space limits. It is rare that these limits are exceeded, however if you notice you are going over your threshold there are steps you can take to rectify this issue.
Please note: There is a fee of $2.00 per gigabyte of bandwidth/disk space you go over for the month. This will be applied to your next monthly hosting bill.
If you've experienced an overage and you're not sure why, please let us know and our team will be happy to look into it. Overages can sometimes be caused by malware or other unwelcome sources, and we can quickly help you identify if this is the case. Overages can also be caused by having too many emails still on the server; simply deleting these emails will free a lot of disk space and prevent you from being charged overage fees.
The first option is to adjust your bandwidth and/or disk space individually. Click here for our article outlining these steps.
The second option is to upgrade your entire hosting package. Click here for our article outlining these steps.
